Apply encryption to the emailed pay slip for User Types: Employee (Preceda), Employee (SSO), Manager/Standard (Preceda), Manager/Standard (SSO). The password to use when opening an encrypted pay slip is set on the Advanced User Setting screen's Email Pay slip Password field. For Employee Self Service Users, the Email Pay slip Password field on the Advanced User Setting screen is hidden. ESS Users are automatically assigned with their Preceda password. Use the ESS password in UPPERCASE. |
